As far as the 80's thing goes, I would really dig it if Lili did a Blondie cover. Or, if she sticks with Madonna, possibly "Like A Prayer".
I think it more likely that she'll debut a possible Spanish single tomorrow, though. Just sayin'...

Seriously, though...do you make them yourself, or did you have them custom made somewhere? Because I'm pretty sure there'd be a market for them. I know I'd buy one...of each, probably! (I'm seriously jonesing for the khaki one, though.)
Which Blondie song would you like to hear her cover? Personally I lean towards "Call Me" or "One Way or Another"...although "Rapture" has the potential to sound really, really awesome with her accent, as well.

Blondie, The Tide is High. I like the voice of Alizee for it. Atomic Kitten did a bit of an upbeat version of it too. The Blondie Tide is High official video kinda sorta has a fifty sixty look to it. Fish in the window in lieu of animie on the TV. Odd characters in the video that seem out of place. Stretching it a bit, watch both without sound...but thats my pick.
Hats. Late summer, ordering some castro type hats. I thought it would be fun to get a couple extra and play with them. Took them to a local person to embroider what I wanted. They are low budget and did not have elaborate equipment. Could not embroider on the bill, center on the front or Alizee across the adjustable strap. So they did what they could for me. I did not spend much time thinking about it, just said do this and this and this...and they did for cheap. I think they were had hopes it would turn into a big order. I had a black on black one, not as obvious but an interesting look, sorry that went to you know who. So, for fun I put them on ebay way back in October I think. No one bought. I just tried to make it something a guy would wear and not look too...groupie. What I really wanted they could not do but the price was right for having a little fun with it.
So, I just have the two sitting around right now, on no, I forgot they really wanted me to see a black on black baseball cap and did that one for free for me. Gave me the hat for free too. I have that also, just not a baseball cap guy, but I have that one also.
Back then I was not pushing the name Alizee Nation as much, if I were doing it now I might put that on.
That's the story. The guy told me he could get me hats very reasonable too. I was just having fun with it.
side note: I can't beleive M.I.A. is the sub for Amy Winhouse at Coachella and I missed it. On tonight at 9 followed by The Killers, hmmmmmmmm.
Right on. I am a hat guy, so if you're still willing to part with one, drop be an email and let me know how much you'd like for it. We can definitely work something out.
