The problem is that the longer I wait the greater my expectations are. Let's hope they did a good job with their marketing research so they don't release something that won't be a success. I also hope there will be a song or two for us original Alizee fans.

I can not help you with your expectations wt.
But I hear what you saying with your marketing remarks. I have drifted away from that line of thinking.
How shall I put this...Da Vinci did not paint the Mona Lisa based on a marketing study. I do not think a marketing study found we wanted a concept album based on Edie Sedgwick. She is doing it because she wanted to do it and I believe the songs will be of the same mindset. I feel Alizee does not view herself as a pop idol and what will it take to stay at that status. She views herself as an artist creating new things for us to enjoy.
On her last album I love Lily Town. It is on my most under rated Alizee song list.
So when you say a song or two for "original" Alizee fans, what are you looking for?
