I go on the premise that I have 5 seconds to get your attention and lucky if I have 30 more seconds to get my point across...that is if I ever have a point (according to some). ***pause*** OK, for the 5% of you remaining (↓ 95%) occasionally we throw something in the mix that goes beyond the "OMG factor". You like that? One of my many made up words or descriptions, ya know...omg omg did you see that dress...no fear...I will follow up this post with some pretty pictures and all will be good.
A little while back there was the post 1000 True Fans which was merely an observation on the music industry about what it takes to make money and touching on social networking.
That was followed up with a post by Alizee South Africa
Oh no...dueling blogs...hehehe maybe some of us are right out of the movie Deliverance (dueling banjos)....Now this is part where Ruroshen steps in and claims "then I am soooooo calling 'not the guy that has to squeal like a pig'..." (i.e. Ruroshens comments for the post Alizée le spectacle avant le spectacle) (squeal like a pig comment ↑ 5%)
Taking this a bit further there is a very interesting article, Celebrity blogs: more trouble than they’re worth?. It is a bit long and is published by Business World Weekender. (OH NO, long article and business ↓ 9%)
It talks about...
"Some celebrities minimize or abstain entirely from the social interactions on the Internet"
"Other celebrities play it safe -- Britney Spears, for example, hires a team of social experts to twitter for her"
"The ability of Web sites to spread information at warp speed"
(1)"How do they stay public and sane?" a great line from the article...
It addresses getting too personal...
"There is the odd fanatic, who feels closer to his celebrity idol if he sleeps in the same brand of PJs"
omg omg Alizée's brand of PJ's (↑↑↑ 90%)
...and on that I'm ending on a high note
