Obviously how incredibly well it's doing in France is the big news, and it's amazing...but I have tunnel vision...it's also faring surprisingly well in North America too, which has blown me away.
Here on Friday we were worried that the video might not even be available in our region, and yet on Sunday it spent a good portion of the day on the front page of YT's "most viewed"...
Like you said, who would have predicted this a week ago?
